Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (especially during peak BBQ seasons), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure reliable delivery across the United States.

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (available for certain regions).

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, high seasonal volume, or weather conditions.

Shipping Locations

Firefmly ships to addresses within the Continental United States. At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories is currently unavailable.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically be active within 24 hours of shipment.

Important Note on Charcoal Packaging

Charcoal is a heavy and abrasive natural product. Please be aware of the following:

  • Carbon Dust: It is normal and expected for a small amount of charcoal dust to settle in the shipping box during transit.

  • Box Condition: Due to the density and weight of the product, the exterior shipping box may show signs of wear upon arrival. This does not affect the quality or performance of the charcoal inside.

Damages & Missing Packages

Firefmly is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping once they have been handed over to the carrier. If you received your order severely damaged (e.g., a completely burst bag where the product has been lost), please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information

We are not responsible for orders that are undeliverable or misdelivered due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.
